• A non-refundable deposit is required for your hair service

• You will receive a reminder notice before your appointment via email

• All cancellations or rescheduling must be done 24 hours before your appointment

• If you cancel 24 hours prior to the appointment, your deposit will rollover to your next scheduled appointment

• If you DO NOT CANCEL or RESCHEDULE prior to 24 hours your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE

• I recognize that emergencies occasionally occur and these instances I will work with you at my discretion to reschedule your appointment or return your deposit
